Scat & Swing Festival is a three-day event in Potsdam that brings together Lindy Hop, solo jazz and vocal scat as a shared language between music and dance. Hosted at the Rechenzentrum, the festival offers four hours of Scat & Lindy workshops across three Lindy levels, two and a half hours of voice and scat sessions, and a one-and-a-half hour Afro Fusion taster. Dancers can enjoy three parties with live music, including a relaxed jazz brunch, while exploring how using the voice, rhythm and call-and-response can deepen groove, improvisation and connection on the dance floor.
