Winter Deco is the annual mid-winter heritage festival held in Napier, New Zealand, organised by the Art Deco Trust. Taking place over a long weekend from Friday 17 to Sunday 19 July 2026, the event invites visitors to embrace the spirit of the Art Deco era in one of the world''s most complete Art Deco cities. Activities include vintage car displays, period fashion parades, jazz and swing music performances, speakeasy cocktail evenings, high teas, classic film screenings, and social dancing. Napier''s CBD — internationally recognised for its intact 1930s architecture rebuilt after the 1931 earthquake — serves as the backdrop for hundreds of events spread across theatres, bars, restaurants, galleries and open streets.
