Ceroc South Wales presents… The Cwtch! 4th–5th April • Best Western Heronston Hotel We’re thrilled to bring you our very first mini-weekender in Wales, and we can’t wait to share this cosy, warm, Welsh-dragon-style cwtch of an event with you! What to Expect 🔥 Two Rooms of Dancing Ceroc Main Room Silc Room 🕚 Saturday Workshops from 11am Evening Freestyle until 1am 🌤 Sunday More workshops in the morning Our fabulous Flava Sunday Tea Dance at the hotel to round off the weekend, finishing at 6pm Tickets 🎟 Tickets are live! Single Occupancy: £179 SOLD OUT Double Room/ Twin: £320 As we said we are keeping this personal, so rooms are limited, we have available : 10 single rooms 30 Double Rooms 15 Twin Rooms Only a £40 deposit for singles / £80 deposit for doubles to secure your spot Balances due end of February Tickets include: ✓ All classes ✓ Freestyles on both days ✓ Three-course meal on Saturday night (menu TBC – time to get the glad rags out!) ✓ Sunday breakfast Food will also be available throughout Sunday via the bar menu. Rooms are limited, and we expect this event to sell quickly — so grab your place as soon as possible! If accommodation reaches full occupancy, we will release Wave 2 tickets for the Saturday Night and Sunday Freestyles. Access to the whole event (with classes) is only available with accommodation for the 2026 Cwtch.
