The Rock That Swing Festival is one of Europe's largest and most prestigious swing and rock'n'roll dance festivals, held annually in Munich, Germany. The 20th edition takes place from February 4 to 8, 2027, at the iconic Deutsches Theater and other historic Munich venues. Over 5 days, the festival features world-class live bands, internationally renowned teachers, workshops in Lindy Hop, Boogie Woogie, Balboa, Collegiate Shag, Authentic Jazz, Blues, Rockabilly Jive, Charleston and Burlesque. The Dance Camp hosts over 70 of the world's best instructors offering 300+ workshops for all levels. Evening events include spectacular ballroom nights with vintage dance shows, open competitions, jam sessions and after-hours parties. Dancers from over 40 countries attend, making it a truly international celebration of swing culture from the 1920s to the 1950s. Organized by World of Swing GbR (Marcus Koch & Bärbl Kaufer), Munich's leading swing organization active for over 20 years.
