Held over MLK Weekend in South Beach's Historic Art Deco District, Miami Beach Lindy Xchange (MBLX) is a full weekend swing dance festival featuring live jazz, dance classes, performances and late-night parties, running alongside the iconic Art Deco Weekend, including its classic car show and specialty tours. Highlights include special dance classes with international and champion instructors, a private guided Art Deco tour, priority access to Friday VIP Night, and two late-night rooftop dances in SoBe. Classes and live music take place at the Jazz Age Stage in Lummus Park at 12th Street, with a late-night Bubble Lounge at Collins Avenue & 9th Street and the Art Deco tour starting at 1001 Ocean Drive. Confirmed teachers include Yuval Hod (4x World Champion and MC), Minn Vo, Lily Matini and Juls Slavikas, with more to be announced. Registration and pricing were not yet released at time of listing; passes are expected to be limited.
