A little info about the event. 🌟 Hoppin’ in the Hams! 🌟 May 22nd–24th, 2026 "Come and join me, Jenny Thomas, along with the brilliant Benjie Talbott, for a truly special Lindy Hop & Solo Jazz Weekender—right here in my home village of Stoke Fleming, in the glorious South Hams!" This weekend is designed for intermediate and above Lindy Hoppers, with a vibrant Solo Jazz track open to all levels. Whether you’re swinging out or jazzing it solo, I’d love to welcome you to this relaxed, beautiful corner of the coast for dancing, connection, and a touch of sea air. 📍 Location Stoke Fleming Village Hall, Dartmouth Road, TQ6 0QT We’ll be dancing in our lovely village hall, just 3 miles from Dartmouth and within walking distance of Blackpool Sands, one of the UK’s most beautiful beaches. The hall sits right on the South West Coast Path, so if you fancy a scenic stroll between classes, you’re in the perfect spot! There’s plenty of free parking at the venue (though no overnight stays), and I promise you’ll feel the warm welcome of a real community here. 🗓️ Dates May 22nd–24th, 2026 Workshop schedule: TBA It’s a Bank Holiday weekend, so feel free to arrive early and stay a little longer! 💃 Choose Your Dance Adventure You can choose the option that best fits your dancing style and preferences. OPTION 1 – Lindy Hop Only 5 hours with Jenny & Benjie (intermediate+) – £85 pp OPTION 2 – Solo Jazz Only 5 hours with Jenny (all levels welcome) – £85 pp OPTION 3 – The Full Experience 10 hours of Lindy Hop & Solo Jazz – £155 pp (intermediate+) ✨ All options include entry to the Saturday night social dance and the relaxed Sunday tea dance with tea, coffee cakes and more. ✨ Why This Weekend Is Special This isn’t a big, commercial weekender—it’s something more personal. I’ve created this event to bring people together in a beautiful setting I’m lucky enough to call home. You’ll have plenty of time to enjoy the stunning South Hams, dance your heart out, and hang out with lovely people. 🍕 Social Highlights Friday night welcome dance at the village hall with a licensed bar 🍷 (Food TBC) Note: this year’s Friday night social will not be at The Stoke Lodge Hotel.
