The 31st Tarragona International Dixieland Festival is one of the few Spanish festivals dedicated to traditional dixieland, the original New Orleans jazz, and will fill the city with concerts and street activities from 16 to 19 April 2026. Over four days the programme includes parades, open-air sessions such as the Dixie & vermut series, tap-dance demonstrations, picnics and evening concerts in theatres and auditoriums, turning Tarragona into a vibrant spring meeting point for jazz and swing lovers. The 31st edition puts special emphasis on outdoor proposals and international acts, with bands and soloists from Catalonia, Spain and abroad, including club shows, family-friendly events and a closing concert that brings the festival to an emotional finale on Sunday night.
